We’re looking for experts in the Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) community and experts in other digital professions, to mentor diverse women seeking an opportunity in the DDaT profession.
Our 8-week mentorship program is designed to empower and inspire these women to explore various entry routes into the DDaT profession, gain a deep understanding of different technical and non-technical roles, prepare for work experience, connect with potential employers, and achieve their personal and professional goals.
As a mentor, you will have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of these talented and ambitious women. You will meet with your mentee on a fortnightly basis for a minimum of 45 minutes, either in person or virtually, to guide them through the program and provide valuable insights and advice.
